Classical Civilisation A Level FREE CPD

KCL lecturers Professor William Fitzgerald will cover aspects of the Aeneid from the World of the Hero module, and Dr Dan Orrells will cover the Plato and Sappho aspects of the Love & Relationships module.

Refreshments will be available from 3:30pm.

Each session will run for an hour.  If you do not teach Love & Relationships you are welcome to come just for the first hour for the Aeneid session, and if you do not teach the Aeneid, but would like to come for the Love & Relationships session please arrive by 4:40, ready for a 4:45 start.

In order to make the CPD as relevant and tailored to you all as possible, we would be very grateful if you could send us two questions for each lecturer that you would like to be covered during the talk.  If you do not teach one of the topics, please put N/A on the form (see below).  We will look at all the questions and pick the most common themes, which the lecturers will then address during the talk.  If your question hasn't been answered, there will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of each talk.  Please note that these sessions are subject development, not pedagogy focused.
