KCL Classics Teachers' Day

I am delighted to share with you details of the latest event in the 2020-21 Outreach Programme of the Department of Classics at King's College, London – our free, online Classics Teachers' Day. This will take place on the afternoon of 1st June, 2021, and is part of our overall strategy to build a community of teachers around our schools talks and online resources. The Teacher's Day will offer a Classics-focused pedagogical lecture from an expert in our School of Education, Communication and Society, workshops on developing teaching resources and lesson plans, and networking opportunities. The day will be focused on the A level Classical Civilisation specification (in line with the topics of our schools talks in 2020-21) but all teachers of Classical subjects are welcome to attend.
